Who we are

We are the voting population of Martin County.

Residents, business owners, and community leaders brought together by a common concern. We care deeply about our home and we will work to preserve what is ours. We must not let a few out of state developers ruin our way of life. So many of us cherish it here and we call it home whether it is year round or winter. We understand progress and know that it takes development to sustain growth. But we also believe in responsible development. In this unprecedented period some may be driven by other motivations and may not be aware of the impact they will have on all of us. This is why we need to do our duty to the community and be the voice of reason.

WE CARE MARTIN is dedicated to empowering the people of Martin County with truthful, impeccably sourced information, to ensure “ we the people” are rightly informed regarding matters that affect all residents. It is our intent to bring clarity to any issue that may alter our quality of life now and in the future. We are committed to do this by providing thought provoking insight on all issues affecting our community's growth, quality of life, and sustainability. To assist in leaving Martin County’s purview and legacy something future generations will be proud was rightfully protected.
